The process is as follows: In the phosphating pool, yellow phosphorus is melted into liquid yellow phosphorus after heating, and is input into the yellow phosphorus metering tank through the submerged pump, and is quantitatively added to the chlorination reactor according to the process requirements. After entering the vaporizer and the buffer tank at the required flow rate, the liquid chlorine enters the reaction tank and reacts with phosphorus, and the generated vapor enters the condenser after passing through the phosphorus washing tower, thereby obtaining a phosphorus trichloride product. The HC1 produced during the production process is absorbed to form hydrochloric acid.
